1.1 Account & Registration Data:

• Email Address (Fans): Required to create an account.
• Instagram Handle (Creators): Used for profile linking and verification.
• Stripe Connect Data (Creators): For ID verification and payments.

1.2 Transactional & Activity Data:

• Offer history, metadata, escrow release data, and Stripe event logs.

1.3 Communication Content:

• Messages and offers are end-to-end encrypted.

1.4 Technical Data:

• IP address, device/browser info, logs, and cookies for security and performance.

• Account management
• Payment processing
• Dispute resolution
• Platform improvement
• Legal compliance

We do not sell or rent your personal data.

All payments are managed by Stripe Connect.

We do not access or store your payment or banking details.

Stripe may collect the following under their own policy:

• Legal name and address
• Government-issued ID
• Tax and banking information

All messages are encrypted — only the sender and recipient can read them. We cannot decrypt your chats unless you file a report.

Reporting Exception:

• You voluntarily share the encryption key when filing a report.
• We access only the relevant conversation.
• Decrypted content is not stored after resolution.

Disputes may only be initiated after a creator marks a request as complete.

• Both parties may submit context and evidence.
• Moderation evaluates the case and history.
• Encrypted chats may be accessed with your consent.

False or abusive disputes may result in:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Processing fees to discourage misuse

• Data is retained only as necessary for service delivery and compliance.
• After deletion, PII is erased within 30 days unless legally required longer.
• Chat and offer data are encrypted and archived.

You may have the right to:

• Access or correct your data
• Request deletion
• Object to data processing
• Request a portable copy
